What do possums eat?
Possums are usually herbivores.

A herbivore is an animal that likes to eat plants. Possums love to eat leaves.
Their favourite type of leaves are eucalyptus leaves.
Possums also eat ferns, buds, flowers and fruits.
Sometimes they will eat insects, moths, grubs, snails and
bird eggs.
Possums really like young new plant shoots and unfortunately like to eat everything in your garden.
They will eat almost anything, especially flowers, rockmelons, carrots, mangoes and wattle. Possums can destroy a veggie garden in no time.

Possums eat our food too. They like apples, pears, grapes, bananas, corn, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, broccoli and PINEAPPLE!!!
